Dr. David Yoo is a board-certified ophthalmologist with fellowship training in oculoplastic surgery. His primary expertise is in the treatment of various eyelids disorders including cosmetic and reconstructive surgery of the eyelids. He also specializes in non surgical options including Botox® and facial fillers.
Dr. Yoo received his bachelor’s degree and medical school education from Northwestern University. He completed his residency training in ophthalmology at Northwestern University and went on to finish a fellowship in Ophthalmic Plastic, Reconstructive, and Orbital Surgery at the Henry Ford Hospital System.
Dr. Yoo was a Professor of Ophthalmology at Loyola University, where he taught residents in ophthalmology as well as other subspecialties. He has been involved in international missions to Guatemala and Egypt, where he has interacted with ophthalmologists worldwide and has been involved in their education.
